Terms & Conditions
• All patients will be charged a non-refundable £30 fee to secure your appointment. This is redeemable against any treatment carried out or product purchased.
• If a patient fails to attend their appointment or cancels with less than 24 hrs notice a £30 fee is applied.
• A full medical history and consent form will be completed prior to any treatment carried out. This must be completed honestly to the best of your knowledge. Any medical changes throughout your ongoing treatments must be declared.
• All patient's must arrive on time for their appointment . Failure to do so may mean we are unable to carry out your treatment, a late appointment fee of £30 will apply. Aesthetic treatments take time and cannot be rushed.
• We have a right to refuse a treatment if we feel the procedure is not right for you or if there are concerns around unrealistic expectations.
• Photographs will be taken as part of our records, without or declining photos means the treatment cannot proceed.
• Given the nature of medical treatments means that results cannot be guaranteed, therefore we cannot offer refunds if you are not fully satisfied with the results.
• You must be aged 18 and over to have a treatment at Rosie Loughran Aesthetics. (Skincare Consultations are an exception )
• If at any stage post treatment you are concerned or experiencing an adverse reaction or complication you must contact us immediately so we take appropriate action.
• When booking an appointment with Rosie Loughran aesthetics you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.
